Organizations spend a lot of money to develop leaders and still they lose a lot of money due to poor leadership. According to a Gallup estimate, “the cost of poor management approaches $7 trillion — or 9% to 10% of the world’s GDP.” This is money lost due to poorly performing teams, disengaged or burnt out employees, and attrition.
